Refund policy

UK & International Customers

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your item to return it. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Condition of Items

To return an item, it must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Shipping Costs

Original postage and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Late Returns

Items returned after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion. Please email us first, as returns after this period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at sales@theuntouchables.co.uk before returning it, and we’ll assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

Special orders and items marked "Not delivered from our warehouse" cannot be returned. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item (size, colour, or style), simply return the original item and place a new order for the one you want. This ensures you get your desired item quickly without waiting for the return to be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspecting the returned item. If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers can cancel or return items within 14 days for any reason, as long as they are in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
